It’s a sad state of affairs and sign of the times when the radical Left ignores existing law and the printed word. HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, when questioned by Congress, refused to say whether or not partial-birth abortion was illegal. It is. The new Supreme Court justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, during her confirmation hearing, refused to define the word “woman,” saying she’s “not a biologist.” And we’re sadly in an era when elected officials blatantly refuse to enforce the law. Michigan has legislation on the books that prohibits abortion should Roe v Wade be overturned. Yet, seven county prosecutors and the State Attorney General, all Democrats, have pledged to not enforce the law if that happens. Such lawlessness means we have to be educated voters on every level of government.
