Biden’s SCOTUS Pick

The war in Ukraine has eclipsed attention normally given a new nominee to the US Supreme Court.  Joe Biden chose Ketanji Brown Jackson to replace retiring Stephen Breyer.  As a lawyer she sided against the right of peaceful pro-life sidewalk counselors outside abortion centers.  It’s also disturbing that a number of her opinions have been reversed by the left-leaning DC Circuit Court.  In one case she was overturned unanimously, saying her opinion had “no legal basis.”  This is an indication she will allow her personal political views to impact her decisions.  It’s called judicial activism and has no place on the US Supreme Court or any other court.  Join me in praying the Senate will reject her extreme judicial views and protect the constitution.
