The Evidence Is In

With the possibility of Roe v Wade being reversed or dramatically impacted, pro-abortion activists are channeling Chicken Little and claiming thousands of women will die if they lose access to abortion.  Let’s look at countries that have protected their best natural resource – unborn babies.  Poland’s rate for maternal mortality has consistently been lower after protecting the unborn.  Before legalizing abortion, Ireland had lower rates of maternal deaths, low birth weight and breast cancer than England, Wales, and Scotland that had legalized abortion.  Chile’s rates for maternal mortality continued to fall after it began protecting their unborn children.  The evidence is in.  Ending abortion saves babies’ lives and protects and improves the health of their mothers.  We can love them both.
