Unfair Discipline

The Louisville Police Department has an unfair way of dishing out discipline for their officers.  Before his shift began and a coat over his uniform, an officer stopped by the local abortion center to pray with his dad for the babies and their mothers going in.  A picture was posted on Twitter, and he was placed on administrative leave for four months with pay.  But was ineligible for overtime which he and his family depend upon.  This is quite different from the way the department handled other officers who were on duty and in uniform marching with Black Lives Matter and in gay parades.  They experienced no discipline.  It’s a sad day when the officer who stops to pray on his own time for the wellbeing of members of his community is punished.
