Pregnancy Centers Take on Trafficking

Human trafficking is a scourge on our nation.  And as we conclude this special week of celebrating pro-life pregnancy centers, I want you to know that many of them are at the forefront of protecting its victims.  Heartbeat International, an umbrella group for thousands of centers has a carefully orchestrated plan to identify and protect trafficked girls who come to their centers for free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds.  Abortion is what keeps the trafficking industry humming.  Over half of its victims have had at least one abortion.  About a third of them have had multiple abortions.  Pro-life pregnancy centers are uniquely qualified to assist trafficking victims and their unborn babies.  They’re on the cutting edge of countering this modern-day slavery and deserve our support and prayers.
