In a remarkable New York Times column, Planned Parenthood’s president, Alexis McGill Johnson, finally acknowledged what we’ve been saying for decades. Their founder, Margaret Sanger was a racist and promoted eugenic programs against people of color. After listing some of Sanger’s most egregious actions, Johnson pledged Planned Parenthood would do better. If the abortion giant is to correct 100 years of keeping minorities in their crosshairs, here’s where they can begin. In the top 25 abortion-producing counties in America, a whopping eighty-six percent of Planned Parenthood abortion facilities are in or near minority neighborhoods. Don’t hold your breath that change is on the horizon. Systemic racism is in Planned Parenthood’s DNA.
