Ashley McKendrick doesn’t ever sit still. Because of COVID, she was furloughed for about two weeks from her job and quickly got bored, so she began making little hats for premature babies at a local hospital. Ashley remembered that she too was premature and had a rough start. She suffers from a condition that has impacted her mental and physical abilities. Ashley has made 100 hats so far and is teaching her siblings to make them also. She plans to continue her hat mission until March. God has given all of us abilities to serve Him and our fellow man. Ashley realized her gift was making hats. What’s yours? Pro-life pregnancy centers need volunteers to do a wide variety of things to help women and men facing unexpected pregnancies. Give them a call.
