Channeling King Herod

Herod’s slaughter of innocent male babies in Bethlehem dims in comparison to what Argentina’s elected officials did.  While most of the world was celebrating the birth of our Savior, its Senate legalized abortion.  During the dark hours of the night, they cast the deciding vote.  The bill was introduced by pro-abortion President Alberto Fernandez.  After its passage, feminists danced in the streets and he tweeted, “Today, we are a better society…”  A legislative body that channels King Herod does not make society better.  This brutal and violent legislation will result in widespread bloodshed and misery.  The sound of Rachel weeping will be surpassed by the anguished cries of mothers and fathers who’ve chosen abortion, “refusing to be comforted, because they are no more.”
