Police in Nigeria intercepted a shipping container packed with illegal drugs, including chemical abortion pills. It’s not unusual for drugs to be produced in Pakistan with a lesser quality of branded meds and shipped by dealers to Nigeria where they can make a bigger profit. In the case of the abortion pills, police said they may be entirely fake. If the American abortion industry and their advocates get their way, more women here may be at risk for ingesting dangerous foreign drugs. They want the FDA to remove any protections that now exist regarding chemical abortion pills. If they succeed, women will be able to order chemical abortion pills from the internet, drugs that may be fake, drugs that may not be effective or could be dangerous to women’s lives.
