The abortion industry tells women the chemical abortion pill is easy, near painless and a more natural way to experience abortion. None of it is true, and thanks to new reporting requirements in Missouri, we’re seeing proof chemical abortion is dangerous to both women and their babies. Of all the abortion complications reported in 2019, two-thirds were the result of chemical abortion.
