Today is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent when Christians worldwide commemorate the suffering and death of Jesus. It’s also a day of introspection when we consider our own sinful lives, repent and seek God’s forgiveness. As children of God, we can rest assured the blood of Christ, shed long ago on the cross, covers all our sins, including the sin of abortion. If you or someone you know was involved in an abortion decision and are emotionally struggling in its aftermath, share the good news that God sees their repentant heart and forgives their sin. Free help is available through our website to all women and men who grieve the loss of a child to abortion. You are not alone. There is hope. Email us at lifeissues.org.
