Fear mongering is a favorite tool of those who support abortion. For example, they claim women will be charged and thrown into jail for having one. The reality is most all laws exempt women who seek an abortion from being charged. Instead they go after the abortionists and medical facilities. As is the case in a Missouri law protecting unborn babies and their mothers. Tim Lohman, president of the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, says the law is clear women are not to be charged, and that no “prosecutor in their right mind would ever prosecute a woman.” That’s been the case almost entirely throughout history, but pro-abortion advocates have no effective arguments to promote the killing of babies, so they make things up.
