I Trust Women

One of the phrases we often hear from pro-abortion activists is, “I trust women.”  The inference is if you oppose abortion, you don’t trust women to choose abortion.  Your response should be, “I trust women too, so I fight to get them all the information they need to make this life-or-death decision.”  If the pro-aborts really trust women, they’ll support giving her the necessary information needed before the abortion, like ultrasounds to see her baby and hear the heartbeat; get briefed on the possible physical complications and difficult physical ordeal of the procedure; and be made aware of the likely emotional fallout of ending her baby’s life.  Yes, I trust women to make the best decision for them and their babies after they have all the facts.
