Seven months into the pregnancy, Phebie and Cody Hawk were told they should opt for a late-term abortion because their unborn son was diagnosed with microcephaly and wouldn’t live, and if he did, he’d never walk or talk. Their son, Oakley, is now four years old and adores anything related to firefighters. Thanks to Make-A-Wish, he’s now an honorary firefighter at Station One in Gillette, Wyoming. I don’t know about walking, but he runs and is certainly vocal. If any doctor tells you to end the life of your baby by “early delivery” or other words that sound merciful, it’s really an abortion. Say no to killing your child and put him or her into the loving hands of Jesus. Regardless of the outcome you’ll be glad you did.
