America has a serious problem with its court system. From the US Supreme Court on down, it’s permeated with judges who have a political agenda and aren’t afraid to impose it. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is an example. She recently made multiple vilifying comments about presidential candidate Donald Trump. In an interview with the New York Times she joked she’d move to New Zealand if he won the election. She’s called him a “faker” and said “he really has an ego.” I’m not debating what she said but that she said it at all. It reveals a political bias being legislated on the bench of our nation’s highest court. One solution to preserve our legislative branch might be to require a court super-majority to overturn legislation passed by the people.
