A new pro-life campaign by Secular Pro-Life is popping up on social media and it’s called hashtag Hello Hyde. It’s a celebratory effort to mark the fortieth anniversary of the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits the use of tax dollars to fund abortion through Medicaid. Medicaid provides health services to our nation’s poor individuals, and the Hyde Amendment is credited with saving over one million lives. The Hello Hyde campaign features pictures and messages from people who’ve been saved from abortion over the years. It puts human faces on this life-saving legislation. Pro-abortion activists are working to force you and me to pay for abortion with our tax dollars. Let’s respond with positive action by promoting Hello Hyde. Every life is a cherished gift from God.
