I know this won’t surprise you when I say political candidates of all parties say some really dumb things. Hillary Clinton recently said, “The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights.” She saw they’re persons but gives them no rights. Later when speaking for stronger gun control laws because of the annual deaths related to guns, Mrs. Clinton said, “If anything else killed thirty-three-thousand people, Congress would act.” Yet we have nearly a million innocent unborn babies killed every year and Congress hasn’t acted. Further, if they did, she would oppose it. Honestly, I wonder if she realizes the hypocrisy of these kinds of statements. As American citizens it’s up to you and me to bring these examples to the forefront in social media and conversations. Lives depend upon it.
