Last December triplets were born eight weeks premature, and two of them were conjoined. A medical emergency required them to be separated as preemies, although doctors gave them a one-percent chance of survival. A team of medical staff worked five hours to separate the girls who weighed just four pounds each. Because Lydia and Maya had a team who valued human life and did all they could to save them, the girls have now put on weight and are breastfeeding. The other sister and mom are doing fine also. It’s a great story in a world where babies with cleft palates or some other minor problem are often aborted. Now God’s plan for these three girls can be realized and will positively impact future generations. Trust God. He knows what He’s doing.
