The Supreme Court’s again taking on the abortion issue. The case involves provisions of a Texas law requiring abortion mills to have the same medical standards as other ambulatory surgical centers. It also mandates abortionists have admitting privileges at hospitals within thirty miles of their abortion mills. Pro-abortion activists claim to advocate for women’s health, but want to lower the bar when it comes to protecting their health during an abortion. Scores of abortionists have been criminally charged or investigated, so these provisions are critical. Justice Kennedy sided with pro-abortion justices that abortion mills can stay open until they’ve decided the case. The babies need his vote in the final ruling, so please pray God will touch his heart and move him to side with life.
