For the first time in seven years, the birth rate in America has risen. This is cause for celebration because more people are saying no to abortion and yes to life. Experts have long agreed the economy plays an important role in people’s decisions to have children, but there’s more. Dr. Michael New, professor at the University of Michigan said in part it’s due to pro-life education and women resource centers providing alternatives to abortion. New pro-life laws are impacting the numbers of abortion. Add to this the population is shifting in its stand on abortion. It’s a logical response to knowing the truth about abortion. Most all of Europe is in crisis with dwindling populations, so remember that children are a nation’s best renewable resource and God loves every one of them.
