Keep Up on End of Life Issues

Bradley Mattes   |   September 05, 2014

Haleigh was thirteen when her step dad beat her into a coma. Doctors said she had zero chance of recovery and her legal guardian permitted doctors to remove her food and water tubes. The day after they did this, Haleigh opened her eyes and began tracking people in the room. She also pointed to toys on command. She came tragically close to a horrible death of dehydration. Bobby Schindler of the Terri Schiavo Life and Hope Network says the number of patients killed this way is quickly increasing. Laws in all fifty states make it easier for hospitals to end patients’ lives. You need to stay informed on issues like this. Bobby does a great, free e-newsletter that keeps you informed on the latest developments. Subscribe here.

Keep informed on what’s happening in the world around you regarding end of life issues, your rights as a patient and how you can protect the lives of yourself and your loved ones.

While at the Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network website, check out the other available resources to help protect innocent human life.
