A big battle is brewing in Tennessee over abortion. The state’s Supreme Court manufactured a right to abortion in the constitution and said no to any protective legislation on abortion. We’re talking about common sense laws like informed consent, waiting period or regulation of abortion mills. As a result, people from all over the state are promoting Amendment One which will be on the ballot this November. It’s a state constitutional amendment that’ll make it possible to put protections in place for Tennessee’s women and their babies.
