The presidential election’s finally over. And it couldn’t have come soon enough for those of us in Ohio. The result, however, was nothing less than tragic. The most pro-abortion president in our nation’s history has four more years to continue his aggressive assault on unborn babies and their parents. If you thought his first term was bad, just wait. Now he doesn’t have to worry about getting re-elected. At times like these I run to Scripture. It’s fertile ground for providing comfort, encouragement and direction. Proverbs says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” And Romans tells us, “in all things God works for the good of those who love him.” Now, more than ever, America needs to hear about the love of Jesus, so let’s tell them!
