Family’s Enormous Sacrifice

As the parent of an Iraqi veteran, I have a heart for our soldiers who defend our rights——the most basic among them, the right to life. Please, please keep the Wise family of Hope, Arkansas, in your prayers. Doctor Jean Wise and his wife, Mary, have lost their second son to the Middle East war. Jeremy, a former Navy Seal, was killed in a terrorist attack in Afghanistan in 2009. This January, Jeremy’’s brother, Benjamin, died from an attack on his unit. Ben was a Green Beret——on his fourth deployment——when injured in Afghanistan. Ben leaves behind a wife and three children. Please keep the extended family in your prayers as they rely on the mercies and love of Christ to pull them through this tragic time. God bless our heroes.
