A panel in North Carolina has done a first. They’ve recommended the State Legislature compensate victims of eugenics. For decades doctors sterilized thousands of North Carolinians they deemed unfit to reproduce. The panel voted to give each living victim $50,000. I talked with one of those victims, Elaine Riddick, and her son Tony. She was sterilized at 14 after giving birth to Tony, who was conceived by rape. But Elaine says the practice of eugenics continues with Planned Parenthood targeting the Black community for abortion. Dr. Alveda King, niece of Martin Luther King, backs her up, and they share irrefutable evidence.
