More Evidence of Abortion’s Negative Impact on Mental Health
Those in the abortion industry have long peddled the lie that abortion does not negatively impact mental health. Despite their claims, we have a growing body of evidence that highlights the lived experiences of countless women and men who attest to the devastating mental impact of abortion.
Recently, a new study was released in the International Journal of Women’s Health Care. The study titled, “Persistent Emotional Distress after Abortion in the United States” further exposes the truth that Planned Parenthood and others seek to hide.
Grief is More Common Than Relief
Following an abortion, grief is much more common than relief, and more intensely felt, according to a new study of a random sample of American women.
These new findings starkly contradict the claim of Planned Parenthood that “Over 95% of people who have had abortions say that they mostly felt relief after their abortion.”
The Impact of Men and Abortion: Losing a Child to Abortion
The mental pain and anguish suffered by women who abort their babies is well known and widely publicized within the pro-life movement. In addition, an extensive, grass roots network exists to assist women who face the aftermath of abortion.
What about a man involved in the decision to abort his baby? Does he too suffer negative psychological effects? If so, where can he turn for help to cope? As we investigate these questions and more, you will be surprised by the answers.
