Reaction to Draft of Supreme Court Decision

Provided the released Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe and Casey is final, Life Issues Institute rejoices that states will once again have the authority to protect their most vulnerable citizens, unborn babies.

“While this initial information is very encouraging, particularly the strength of Alito’s statements, we must wait for the final opinion to be announced,” said Bradley Mattes, president of Life Issues Institute. “It’s important to understand that the battle continues to protect innocent human life state by state. I’m encouraged because the grassroots pro-life movement excels in this environment.”
