Not long ago I told you about South Dakota’s efforts to sue Mayday Health for their promotion of illegal abortion drugs in the state.

The company ran misleading ads and failed to explain the legal restrictions and potential risks associated with abortion drugs. They also encouraged young women to take the drugs, despite the fact that they are illegal in South Dakota. After receiving more than 650 complaints, the attorney general demanded the campaign stop.

Now, Attorney General Marty Jackleyr has reached a settlement with the New York-based group. Under the settlement, the organization must remove the advertisements and halt its campaign in South Dakota.

The abortion industry is determined to promote the deadly chemical abortion drug despite the tremendous risks for the women who take it. All they are concerned about it profit, not the health of mom or baby.
