A new study is confirming what many already suspected after the fall of Roe v. Wade: when abortion is restricted, more babies are born.
In fact, pro-life states have seen measurable increases in births, with some research showing as high as a 2–3% rise and tens of thousands of additional lives welcomed into the world.
These numbers are not just figures on a spreadsheet; these are real human lives saved by pro-life legislation.
For years the United States has been well below replacement fertility of 2.1% meaning we are not having enough kids to sustain our population. Many nations in similar shoes have tried all sorts of government programs to increase the number of births, yet it seems many are unwilling to suggest ending abortion.
