New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has announced plans to open new city-funded facilities that will expand access to abortion for young people, including minors. These centers are being framed as “reproductive health hubs,” but in reality, they will facilitate the deliberate killing of innocent babies under the banner of healthcare.
At a time when women need real support, including housing, counseling, adoption resources, and help choosing life, New York City is instead investing public dollars into making abortion more accessible and more normalized. The unborn child is completely absent from this conversation and is treated as disposable rather than deserving of protection.
This move reflects a growing trend among pro-abortion leaders to double down on abortion expansion after Roe v. Wade rather than defending those who cannot defend themselves.
