Zohran Mamdani, New York City’s new mayor has just appointed a former Planned Parenthood attorney to lead the city’s Human Rights Commission. Christine Clarke spent part of her career defending Planned Parenthood, the organization responsible for hundreds of thousands of abortions each year and one that has repeatedly fought to stop pro-life laws from protecting the rights of unborn children.
Appointing someone who defended the mass murder of unborn children in the womb to now oversee “human rights” is a mockery of what human rights actually are. How can someone lead a human rights commission when they deny the most basic human right of all?
Mamdani says that she will “help build the city we deserve.” What about the city that the babies deserve to live in?
