A troubling scene unfolded outside a Chicago Planned Parenthood after a woman reportedly collapsed following an abortion procedure.
Witnesses from Coalition Life say staff escorted her out the door, leaving her to call 911 on her own despite obvious distress. A volunteer found her slumped over, crying in pain, and helped direct paramedics to her.
According to Coalition Life, this incident reflects a growing problem in Illinois: after Roe v. Wade was overturned, the state removed reporting requirements for abortion-related complications. This shields facilities from accountability while putting women at greater risk.
