The Trump administration committed to protecting unborn life at the fifth anniversary of the Geneva Consensus which declared that there is no international right to abortion President Trump’s letter, which was read at the event, stated, “My administration is steadfastly devoted to restoring a culture that values the inherent dignity of every child and to upholding the eternal truth that every person is created in the holy image and likeness of God, with infinite worth and boundless potential.” The Biden administration had left the Geneva Consensus Declaration, so we are proud to see the United States rejoin the coalition of countries standing for life. Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services Jim O’Neill promised that the administration will continue to advance the cause of life globally.
