Suing the FDA to Prevent Abuse 

The mail order distribution of the dangerous chemical abortion drug kills babies and enables abusers. A young woman was coerced and forced against her will to take abortion drugs that her boyfriend had obtained in the mail, shipped from California. The young woman wanted to keep her baby. She didn’t want to have an abortion, but her boyfriend made her fear for her life and made her take the drugs. The removal of the in person dispensing requirement in 2023 made stories like this possible. Now that young woman is suing the FDA. Joined by the state of Louisiana and the Alliance Defending Freedom she wants to protect other young women from the abuse that she experienced.
