Grandparents Day 2025

September seventh is National Grandparents Day.  Now I admit, as a grandpa I have some skin in the game.  But this special day receives far too little attention.  Let’s face it, without grandparents there wouldn’t be any parents and no Mother’s or Father’s Day.  It’s your chance to thank the grandparents in your life for life.  Since you believe in the sanctity of life, don’t let this opportunity pass you by.  Maybe they babysat you or hosted sleepovers with chocolate chip pancakes.  Christmas was more special at their house, and they were always there when you needed them.  Their love made you feel like you were the center of their universe.  Because you are.  Wish them a Happy Grandparents Day.  No expensive gifts needed.  Just offer them your love.
