A student-run newspaper at the University of Notre Dame exposed the extreme pro-abortion activities of Professor Tamara Kay. She posted on X that she’d assist students with access to and cost of abortions. She also advertised the same with a sign on her office door. Kay spoke publicly about her pro-abortion advocacy, yet she sued the paper for defamation. A judge ruled in the paper’s favor and ordered Kay to pay legal fees. Kay appealed to the Indiana Court of Appeals that unanimously sided with the paper. Kay appealed to the State Supreme Court that almost unanimously ruled for the paper. This ordeal shows that justice won out and it demonstrated how all consumed pro-abortion activist can be, even when it defies reason and comes at great cost to them.
