Situation Repeats

A tragic situation in the news covers a severely brain-injured woman being kept alive until her unborn baby boy reaches viability.  According to the media and abortion supporters you’d think this was a grotesque violation of human rights.  Two decades ago, a similar situation unfolded, also in Georgia.  A young pregnant woman was assaulted and kept alive by the woman’s mother to give her grandson a chance at life.  For sixteen weeks doctors hounded her with doomsday predictions for her grandson, none of which came true.  Emmanuel Hawkins is now twenty-two years old. Today, family also appear to support continued medical treatment.  Please pray the doctors will have success bringing him into the word.
