Coercion and Exploitation

Planned Parenthood hired an undocumented immigrant and groomed her to be their conduit to the undocumented community.  Mayra Rodriguez saw what she described as “unspeakable horrors inflicted on babies and moms.”  Mayra said she was showered with honors, titles, bonuses and even Employee of the Year.  But during her time there she witnessed how Planned Parenthood used coercion and exploitation as part of their business model to generate more abortions.  Mayra’s abortion center raked in twenty thousand dollars a day while it claimed abortion was a very small part of what they did.  When Mayra questioned all this they first threatened and harassed her.  When that didn’t work, they fired her.  But a jury awarded her three million dollars in damages.
