Novel Approach to Saving Lives

Texas has laws protecting nearly all unborn babies but many women leave the state to have abortions where it’s legal.  The father of one unborn baby is fighting back.  Texas allows its citizens to sue those who aid a woman in getting an illegal abortion.  Collin Davis is petitioning the state to investigate the circumstances of his ex-partner aborting their unborn child in Colorado.  The mother cannot be charged but those who assisted her can face stiff civil penalties.  This novel approach to protecting the unborn is likely giving significant heartburn to those who aided this woman.  Traveling out of state and ordering abortion pills by mail results in many aborted babies in states where they are legally protected.  Key to saving their lives might be a novel approach like this.
