The Florida Supreme Court just upheld the state’s Heartbeat legislation, ending abortion when a heartbeat is detected in a doctor’s office.  This is amazing, but they also gave the green light to a deceptive and extreme state-wide referendum.  If passed by voters in November, it would allow abortion in the eighth or nineth month if the “health” of the mother is at stake.  Here’s the problem, the abortionist who’s getting paid handsomely for a late-term abortion is the one to determine if the health exception applies and we know what the result will be.  It would also ban any medical safeguards for women, take away the rights of parents to say no to their minor daughter’s abortion, and prevent health inspections of abortion mills.  Please pray for its defeat!
