Biden Handed a Defeat

A district judge handed President Biden a significant defeat.  Less than a month after the Supreme Court overturned Roe, the Biden administration issued rules forcing pharmacies to dispense chemical abortion pills against their deeply held religious beliefs.  Throughout his term in office Biden has tried to force abortion on American citizens wherever and whenever he can.  If pharmacies want Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements for filling prescriptions, Biden said they must dispense the chemical abortion pill.  Mayo Pharmacy and the State of Texas sued, and District Judge David Counts sided with them and against the President.  A court had previously ruled in favor of pharmacies last July, so let’s hope and pray the Biden administration gets the message and gives up.
