Students Spank School District

Pro-abortion public school districts have repeatedly trampled on the First Amendment rights of pro-life students.  The latest was Clark County School District in Las Vegas.  It denied them access to the school newsletter and the right to post meeting announcements.  The school failed to act when a Students for Life member was bullied.  So, after three years of this the students sued and won.  As a result, there were revisions to the school’s handbook and a memo reminding district administrators of their students’ rights.  The settlement also included financial compensation, plus legal costs.  Gee, you’d think word would get around that pro-life students also have a right to free speech, even if they don’t like it.  God bless these brave students for standing up for the babies.
