Abortion Extremists Hit Roadblock

Extreme abortion activists are attempting to do in Nevada what they’ve already done in Michigan and Ohio.  Enshrine abortion until birth in the state’s constitution, along with a host of other agendas.  But District Judge James Russell is a judicial roadblock.  The pro-aborts are collecting signatures for a similar ballot initiative.  It would include a variety of things like prenatal care, birth control, and abortion until birth.  Judge Russell ruled this is “the clearest case I have seen that [represents] a violation of the single-subject rule.”  He also wrote that not all of the subjects addressed in the ballot initiative are even related to each other.  The Judge said the ballot initiative contains a “misleading description of effect.”  He’s right.  They always hide their true agenda.  I’ll keep you posted.
