Court Victory in California

Federal courts delivered an important victory for both pro-life and religious freedoms in of all places, California.  The state government mandated abortion coverage in the insurance plans of churches.  Four churches stood up to this bureaucratic overreach forcing them to be complicit in killing innocent preborn children, and they won.  It was also revealed the California Department of Managed Health Care issued this insurance mandate at the demand of Planned Parenthood which benefits financially from abortion.  It would’ve been much smarter for the bureaucrats not to be pushed around by this abortion giant.  When the churches prevailed in court the losing party had to pay attorney fees of the other side.  In this case, it was 1.4 million dollars.  Hooray for the good guys!
