God’s Special Creations

This week on Life Issues we explore the blessings of God’s special creations with Down syndrome.  Grace Strobel is one such person and a remarkable young woman.  She and her mother experienced cruelty by Grace’s high school classmates.  In response they founded The Grace Effect and speak to groups using props like weighted backpacks, gloves, and binoculars to interactively show others what many individuals with Down syndrome face.  Grace is also a successful and stunningly beautiful model, modeling for numerous fashion magazines, with three cover stories.  And she’s the first with the condition to land a deal with an American skincare company, helping others “rethink what’s possible.”
