UN Thuggery

I have never been a fan of the United Nations and each year they demonstrate more examples of pushing nations to accept abortion-on-demand in pro-life countries. Sometimes they withhold critical funds to feed and provide water for poor countries unless they legalize abortion. Most recently the committee for the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights are bullying four nations to legalize unrestricted abortion. The countries are: Chile, Ireland, Uganda and Venezuela. By the way, Chile has the lowest maternal mortality rate in Latin America. One other country has liberal abortion laws but got chastised for not paying for abortion in their healthcare. All of this in spite of the fact abortion isn’t even mentioned in the treaty they oversee. It’s UN thuggery plain and simple.
