Christmas Eve: Prepare Your Hearts

It’s Christmas Eve! There’s lots of anticipation built into this day. If you have young children or grandkids, they’re probably bouncing off the walls with excitement. Many of us are excited about the gifts we’ll soon open. Although the best one of all is free—a gift from our Heavenly Father, not wrapped in fancy Christmas paper, but in swaddling clothes. Our Christmas gift might have filled his diaper, spit-up in Joseph’s lap, or cried in the middle of the cold Bethlehem night. But those who receive this priceless present will have eternal life in heaven. Pause a minute to think about this. Imagine no abortion and its post-abortion despair, just perfection for all eternity. This, my friend, is Christmas! There’s no better anticipation. Prepare your hearts, it’s almost here!
