Fifth Circuit Unanimously Rules for Life

Earlier I told you about President Biden’s effort to turn America’s emergency rooms into abortion facilities.  He ridiculously claimed the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act was the tool to expand abortion in states where the unborn are protected.  Biden said when a woman’s life was in danger, a loophole easily abused, this law allowed abortion.  The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled against the president.  A lower court ruled the Texas law protecting the state’s unborn babies already provided avenues to deal with such rare occurrences.  The Fifth Circuit wrote that the law in question doesn’t provide an “unqualified right for the pregnant mother to abort her child.”  We couldn’t ask for a better outcome.  Please join me in thanking God for this victory.
