Trend of Maternity Homes

A positive trend is developing within the pregnancy care segment of the pro-life movement.  More pregnancy centers are adding maternity homes to the vital services they offer free of charge to women and men facing unexpected pregnancies.  The Vida Medical Clinic and Support Services in Appleton, Wisconsin is an example.  They’ve purchased a building and are remodeling it to accommodate up to ten mothers, depending upon whether or not they already have children.  This is a crucial and much needed service as the option of abortion grows scarcer.  The crisis of finding affordable housing is also a big concern, so providing that basic care is huge during pregnancy.  Today, please pray for those who work hard providing these free essential services for women.
