From Famine to Feast

Lisa and Timothy Wheeler struggled with infertility for fifteen very long years.  But now their house is filled with children and tons of love.  They became foster parents and have opened their hearts and home to twenty children.  They adopted five but each and every child became a part of their family, if even for a short while.  Lisa volunteered with foster kids in college but never thought she’d be living the dream of foster parenting.  So, what ignited the flame for this couple?  It was a seemingly random announcement at their church one Sunday about a foster care informational meeting for prospective families.  The rest was history!  Currently there are over 100,000 children in foster care available for adoption.  Please prayerfully consider becoming a foster parent.
